The Kodiak KGX5933 Gun Safe is a brand new, upgraded model in the Kodiak StrongBox series with added security features to make it an incredible safe for the cost! The KGX series comes with the brand new SAFEX® Security System - the next generation of safe security systems! Rhino has designed this with a revolutionary locking system that interlocks the safe door to the body, without traditional bars or bolts.

In addition to the SAFEX® Security System, the Rhino KGX5933 Kodiak StrongBox received the Underwriters Laboratories Residential Security Container RSC Burglary Rating due to its thick 12 gauge steel construction on the door and body. The KGX5933 Gun Safe is California DOJ Compliant.

The Rhino KGX5933 comes with a 60 minute fire rating at 1400º F to your valuables stored inside. The safe has full coverage fire lining in the door frame (unlike internal hinge designs). The inner door frame is lined with a heat activated Palusol® Fire Door Seal that will expand up to eight times its size, to help keep out smoke and heat.

Standard on the KGX5933 Gloss Kodiak StrongBox Gun Safe is the UL® Listed TopLit Electronic Lock. Protecting the lock is a Triple Hardplate and Spring-Loaded Re-locker, which offers extra protection in the case of an attempted drill attack. The patented Anti-Tamper Clutched Handle prevents someone from torquing the safe open via the handle.

The Rhino KGX5933 now comes with Rhino's NEW Vector™ Interior. This Vector™ System uses the back wall of the interior to adjust your interior shelving and gun rack, which allows you to maximize storage space inside your safe. This New System is fully adjustable to fit your needs and provide ultimate flexibility. The entire interior is fully upholstered with a interior carpet lining.
